Return & Refund Policy

At Pooja Uniforms, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom-made or bulk order uniforms are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized uniforms

  • Bulk orders

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Items returned after the allowed return period

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
